Shipping
Orders received before 2pm are typically shipped the same day. Orders received after this time will be shipped the following day. Please note, shipments do not occur on weekends or public holidays.
Handling
A handling charge of AED 20 applies to orders under AED 250, up to 5 kgs. Each additional kg incurs an additional charge of AED 1. Orders totaling more than AED 250 qualify for free shipping within the UAE. For remote areas like Ruwais, a shipping fee of AED 30 applies, which will be added to your total if applicable. Please be advised, free shipping is not applicable during sales and promotional periods.
Delivery
Delivery within the UAE typically takes 2-3 working days from the date of shipment, depending on the destination. Expedited delivery options are available with additional charges, which will be communicated prior to dispatch.

International Shipping
For international shipments, please register and contact us at info@creativsmell.com. Upon placing your order, we will provide box sizes and freight charges for your confirmation. Once freight payment is received, we will ship via DHL or FedEx.
